SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed + shipped within 1 -3 business days [not include for special holiday closures]
All local(Malaysia) Paid orders made on a particular day will be shipped out within the next three (working) days and we deliver via J&T express

COD available for Melaka area only and there will be delivery charge according to the distance (per km).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours to update once a label has been created.
Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control. As much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Refund or Exchange cannot be made once the parcel is delivery out. Exchange only can be made during 3 days after receive the product.
